ENStevenson Trail
Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille is the historic starting point of Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1878 journey, now the GR 70 — the Stevenson Trail. Estaou Treillo cottages sit in the hamlet of Saint-Victor, in the same commune: a quiet base for walking in the Velay, without chasing a feat.
