Estaou Treillo (the “publisher”) runs this website under WordPress on estaoutreillo.fr (and estaoutreillo.com). This policy describes the data collected, purposes, recipients and your rights. The site is no longer hosted by Wix.

Data collected

  • Voluntary contact: name, e-mail, phone and message when you write to us.
  • Booking: information you enter in the Manava / Abricode calendar and form. Manava processes it to handle the request; we then manage the stay.
  • Technical data: usual WordPress logs (IP, date, pages) at the host, for security and operation.
  • Consent cookie: estaou_consent stores your choice (accept or refuse third parties) for 12 months.

There is no Facebook, Google or other third-party login on the site.

Third-party services

  • WordPress hosting: LWS (Ligne Web Services), 10, rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris — France (www.lws.fr). See the legal notice.
  • Manava / Abricode: availability calendar and booking form (iframes), required for the booking service.
  • Google Maps: access map on Contact. Loaded only after third-party cookie consent.
  • LUGIK PARC / Skaping webcam: Activities page. Same rule as Maps.

Fonts are hosted in the theme: no Google Fonts request.

Cookie estaou_consent

A banner lets you accept or refuse third-party services (Maps, LUGIK). Your choice is stored in estaou_consent (all or essential) for 12 months. Change it via “Manage cookies” in the footer.

WordPress may set essential technical cookies. Manava booking does not require Maps / LUGIK consent.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the site and answering you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
  • Handling a stay request via Manava (pre-contractual steps or rental contract).
  • Remembering your cookie choice (legal duty / legitimate interest).
  • Site security (legitimate interest).

We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data.

Recipients and retention

Recipients: the publisher; the WordPress host LWS (Ligne Web Services); Manava / Abricode for bookings; Google (Maps) and Skaping (webcam) only if you accepted third-party cookies.

Contact messages and stay files are kept as long as needed for the relationship and legal duties, then deleted or archived restrictively. The consent cookie expires within 12 months.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, within the limits of the regulation. Write to v.fillion07@gmail.com.

Minors

The site is not intended to collect data from children under 15 without parental authority.
